Sant Dadu Dayal and the Dadu Dwara
Dadu Dayal (1544–1603) was a nirgun bhakti saint. He taught devotion to the formless God and rejected ritual, idol worship and caste. His disciple Rajjab collected his roughly 5,000 verses as the “Dadu Anubhav Vani”.
Dadu Panth temples are called Dadu Dwaras. Naraina near Jaipur is the main seat, with a fair in Phalgun. Lunsara’s Dadu Dwara hosts events such as the Bhagwat Katha.
